Приводятся их основные диагностические признаки, родовой состав, количество видов, сравнение, стратиграфическое и географическое распространение. Полученные данные дополняют систематику акантодовых рыб палеозоя.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents some information on two new families of Ptychodictyidae fam. nov. and Nostolepidae fam. nov. that were established on the basis of the author’s personal research and the available literature data. Their main diagnostic features, generic composition, number of species, comparison, stratigraphic and geographical distribution are given.
