В основе фоточувствительности систем такого рода лежит фотоиндуцированная поликонденсация олигомеров смешанных полиоксокислот в пленках ксерогеля V2O5 : MoO3.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The possibility of application of thin films of molybdenum-vanadium oxide as the photoresist material was demonstrated.
