С учетом результатов молекулярно-генетического анализа выделенных фагов проведена их идентификация, установлена перспективность и безопасность для использования в защите растений. Научно обоснована целесообразность комбинирования различных штаммов бактериофагов для обеспечения комплексного контроля возбудителей бактериозов и снижения рисков развития резистентности патогенов. Показано, что биопрепараты, созданные на основе консорциумов бактериофагов, характеризуются высокой биологической эффективностью в отношении фитопатогенных бактерий (50–69 %), а на основе композиции бактериофагов с бактериями-антагонистами проявляют комплексную активность и могут использоваться для контроля широкого спектра возбудителей болезней бактериальной и грибной этиологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Bacteriophages of phytopathogenic bacteria of the genera Pseudomonas, Dickeya, and Xanthomonas, which are the causative agents of vegetable crops diseases, have been isolated and characterized. Based on the results of molecular genetic analysis of the isolated phages, their identification has been carried out, and their suitability and safety for use in plant protection have been established.
