Разработана методика, позволяющая включать в них до 30 масс. % мирамистина. Показано, что в кислой среде (рН 2,0) включенный мирамистин полностью высвобождается через 2 ч. В физиологическом растворе через 48 ч релиз вещества составляет 2/3 от включенного количества. В щелочных средах через 2 сут. из микрочастиц пектината кальция высвобождается менее 5 % мирамистина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Calcium pectinate microparticles with a hydrodynamic diameter of 2–6 μm were synthesized by the spray drying technique. The approach allowing one to entrap in them up to 30 wt. % of miramistin has been developed. It has been shown that all miramistin entrapped in microparticles fully releases in 2 hours in the acidic medium (pH 2.0). In the physiological solution, about 66 % of miramistin releases in 48 hours.
