Показано, что вследствие конформного сокращения пространственных интервалов распространение монохроматического электромагнитного сигнала по замкнутому пути должно сопровождаться возникновением универсального фиолетового частотного сдвига, относительная величина которого равна произведению постоянной Хаббла на длительность распространения сигнала. Предсказанный эффект представляет собой локальное проявление космологического расширения и, в принципе, доступен экспериментальной проверке.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The radar procedure of the distance determination in conformal space-time geometry is considered. It is shown that the space intervals conformal contraction gave rise to an anomalous violet frequency shift during the monochromatic signal propagation over the closed path. Its relative value equals the Hubble constant multiplied by the duration of the signal propagation.
