Полученные соединения перспективны для исследования в области фотодинамической диагностики и терапии раковых заболеваний.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A number of new methods for modification of carboxyl, carbonyl, amino groups of 5-aminolevulinic acid using β-di-and β-tricarbonil cyclohexane compounds, aimed to increase their lipophilicity, have been proposed.
