Было установлено увеличение относительного коэффициента массы сердца, активности ферментов окислительного фосфорилирования, пролиферации и гибели клеток, изменение соотношения гематологических клеток у крыс линии SHR по сравнению с крысами линии WKY.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Morphological, biochemical indices of the 20–22 weeks-old WKY and SHR rats were studied to get the model of heart hypertrophy in genetically determinate arterial hypertension. In the research we got the model of heart hypertrophy in genetically determinate arterial hypertension. It was found that heart mass index, oxidative phosphorylation enzymes, DNA injury increased and hematological changes were found in SHR rats as compared with WKY rats.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Soesanto W. // J.
