Установлено, что у крыс с экспериментальной моделью сахарного диабета имеет место повышение устойчивости миокарда к ишемическому и реперфузионному повреждению. Феномены дистантного ишемического пре- и посткондиционирования эффективны в плане ограничения размеров зоны некроза в миокарде левого желудочка крыс с сахарным диабетом. Феномен дистантного ишемического прекондиционирования эффективен в плане снижения длительности нарушений сердечного ритма у крыс с сахарным диабетом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of this study was to determine the antiischemic and antiarrhythmic effects of remote ischemic pre- and postconditioning in rats with diabetes. It was found that remote ischemic pre- and post-conditioning equally protects myocardium against irreversible ischemia-reperfusion injury.
