На основании анализа кинетики образования Д-димеров в плазме крови собак установлено, что липосомальная форма стрептокиназы обладает пролонгированным эффектом в течение 180 мин.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Liposomal streptokinase (a mixture of free (66.3  %) and entrapped (23.7  %) drug) with a diameter of ~60 nm was prepared.
