Использованы клинические методы, цитологическое исследование раневого отделяемого, ультразвуковое исследование неоноса, шкала оценки рубца и визуальная аналоговая шкала. Выполнено сравнение результатов при использовании аутологичных тканей (n  =   30) и пластического материала с включением аллогенного хряща (n  = 24). Не обнаружено значимых различий в процессе заживления раны, частоте послеоперационных осложнений, в данных оценки послеоперационного рубца, в субъективной оценке косметического эффекта между сравниваемыми группами. При ультразвуковом исследовании не выявлено признаков значительной резорбции трансплантата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Wound healing and cosmetic results of 54 reconstructions of the external nose were evaluated. The clinical methods, the cytological examination of wound samples, the ultrasound examination of the neonose, the wound evaluation scale, and the visual analogue scale were used. We compared the results after the reconstruction with the use of autologous tissue (n  = 30) and plastic material, including an allogenic cartilage graft (n  = 24). No significant differences in wound healing, local complication rates, wound evaluation scores, and visual analogue scores were observed.
