<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The adhesion and proliferation of rat adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) as part of biocomposite with haemostatic drug Spongostan Absorbable Haemostatic Gelatin Powder as well as its regenerative efficiency after its introduction into the periurethral region in rats with experimental urinary incontinence were studied. It was found that MSCs rapidly adhere to the surface of the carrier and actively proliferate. The periurethral injection of biocomposite (Spongostan + MSCs) quickly and effectively recovers the urine continence function in animals that have undergone modeling of incontinence by urethrolysis. Spongostan hydrated in the ratio of 1 :24 inphosphate-saline buffer has a volume-forming effect in the urethra of experimental animals.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>мезенхимальные стволовые клетки</kwd><kwd>препарат Спонгостан</kwd><kwd>клеточная терапия</kwd><kwd>недержание мочи</kwd><kwd>уретролизис</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>mesenchymal stem cells</kwd><kwd>Spongostan</kwd><kwd>cell therapy</kwd><kwd>urinary incontinence</kwd><kwd>urethrolysis</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена в рамках подпрограммы 1 «Инновационные биотехнологии–2020» государственной программы «Наукоемкие технологии и техника» на 2016–2020 годы (мероприятие 32).</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work is done within the frameworkof the subprogram «Innovative Biotechnology–2020» of the State Program «Science-based Technologies and Technics» for 2016–2020 (project 32)</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Urinary incontinence in US women: A population-based study / J.
