SOLUTION OF THE SCHRÖDINGER EQUATION FOR PARABOLIC DOUBLE-WELL POTENTIAL
Abstract
The symmetric double-well potential is constructed by means of a smooth combination of three parabolic potentials. The exact analytical solution of the Schrödinger equation is obtained. The comparison is made with the results of application of the modified WKB-approximation.
