SPIN-ORBIT INTERACTIONS IN SEMICONDUCTOR CIRCULAR QUANTUM DOTS
Abstract
Within the framework of perturbation theory the energy levels and wave functions are found for an electron in twodimensional semiconductor circular quantum dots in the presence of the Rashba and Dresselhaus spin-orbit interactions with realistic axially symmetric confining square potential of finite depth.
