ЗАВИСИМОСТЬ ЭКСПРЕССИИ ГЕНОВ, КОНТРОЛИРУЮЩИХ ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЕ БРАССИНОСТЕРОИДОВ И ЭТИЛЕНА В КЛЕТКАХ РАСТЕНИЙ ТОМАТА, ОТ ГРАВИСТИМУЛЯЦИИ ИХ ВЕРХУШЕЧНЫХ ЛИСТЬЕВ

Аннотация

Исследовали влияние гравистимуляции на изменение экспрессии генов в клетках листьев томата на ранних (15 мин – 3 ч) и поздних (более 3 ч – 24 ч) этапах гравитропического ответа. С использованием ОТ-ПЦР в режиме реального времени показана чувствительность к гравистимуляции экспрессии генов, ассоциированных с функционированием фитогормонов брассиностероидов и этилена. Предварительная обработка растений перед началом гравистимуляции этефоном (источником экзогенного этилена) приводила к увеличению относительного уровня экспрессии изученных генов в ответ на гравистимул.
